Mr. Lim Chai Hock, a Malaysian aged 66, was appointed to the Board on 12 September  2025.
 
Mr Lim serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of PT Bayan Resources tbk, one of the largest coal producers in Indonesia.
 
He is also a co-founder of the Bayan Group and holds board positions in several of its subsidiary companies.
 
Prior to joining the Bayan Group, he served as the Regional Manager of PT Jaya Sumpiles Indonesia, a company specialising in coal mining infrastructure, from 1983 to 1998.
